same old here in freddy, still doing fu and started doing some judo last year so really get my exercise I guess :)

otherwise freddy's pretty dull, how are things in Halifax?

actually i'm no longer in halifax. i live near antigonish and i teach at a middle school about 35 minutes away. it's ok.

i miss kung fu.

how's the judo treating you?

judo's pretty fun, wouldn't say it's a complete martial art, but it complements fu nicely. And there's lots of sparring every class which is pretty fun. I've managed to win all the tournaments in my category so far and got whipped in a higher weight once.

if they teach it around where you are try check it out, it's not fu, but it's better than nothing, I find the exercise is about as hard as our classes.
